Meet Wyatt E.

This whole darn world has gotten too fast for it’s own good. I don’t want to take part in any society that can rationalize a song being less than eight minutes long. Clearly I am not alone in this belief as there are hundreds if not thousands of very bright minds that share my exact sentiments. Take this lovely act for example. Wyatt E. hails from many far off lands making their start in Belgium they then moved to Jerusalem, and later, Brussels. All the while delivering their special brand of hard driving droning mysticism. In their own words “We write music for Gods.” I think I would have to agree with them on that one.

Would you rather every time you sneezed your pockets would fill with nickels, or every time you clapped fifty watermelons appeared in front of you? What would you do?

The nickels. Too much water and no taste in watermelons and my fingers always got sticky.

If you had to watch one movie from start to finish every day for a year what would it be and why?

Giulietta degli Spiriti. There's no why. I'm pretty snob with my movies. haha

If you could make everyone in the world do one thing at the same time what would it be? Why?

Tuff one dude. If everybody's doing the same thing who's left for the millions of other stuffs to do. I guess you've got a lot of sex-related or work for a better world all together-related answers here, right? Damn I'd love if everybody could mind their own business for a second, actually..

Do you have any other musical acts that you have been into lately?

Altin Gun. An amazing band from Holland singing in Turkish. Gotta check them out.

What was the intention with this latest album Exile to Beyn Neharot?

To write a soundtrack for a pilgrimage to 700BC Babylonian Empire.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be (doesn’t need to be music related)?

Time traveling. I'm waaaay too much into this History thing. I know.

Any final comments? (This is your electronic soapbox for one last answer.)

We're not wearing Burkas. Our costumes are made of a mask and a kimono and the mask is meant to remind you the face of Nebuchadnezzar II. Thank you.
