They have traded in their ten-gallon hats, and wide-open spaces for the land of Chelsea boots, and 800ft studio apartments.

BOWLING a Mad-lib by, Venus Twins
Almost every community in America now has a bowling A HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM because bowling has become very GREASY with young STEINWAY GRAND PIANOS. Most of them become very OILY at the game. The main object of the game is to roll a heavy bowling BOWLING BALL down the alley and knock down the -300 pins which are at the other end. If you knock them down in one roll, it's called a IUSFDV4IUGF#HGB. If it takes two rolls, it's called a THUMP. Many alleys have automatic VENUS TWINS CUSTOM T-SHIRT setters. Others hire STOLEN BOWLING SHOES who set the pins by using A VEGAN PEANUT BUTTER AND PICKLE SANDWICH. The most important thing to remember when bowling is to make sure you have a good grip on a A GROCERY BAG OF LOCALLY SOURCED ORGANIC PRODUCE. or you're liable to drop it on your LOWER BACK HAIR!

Definitely bed breathing heavily. The other one would not work out with doing the whole music thing.
Some questions with Venus Twins
How do you translate your sound to a live performance?
We definitely prefer our live sound over what we have recorded! We play all our new songs live, which are much more intricate than Kickass. BUT, to make the live sound work Matt uses TWO distortion pedals and splits between two amps.
Can you tell us a lie about NYC? It can be anything.

Who would be your dream musician to collaborate with?
Omar Rodriguez-Lopez from the Mars Volta. Dude is crazy.
How does it feel looking back on your release Kickass?
Kickass was supposed to be like 8 or 9 songs with a release around September, but we cut back and redefined our sound so we feel very thankful/relieved we took the extra time. We love Kickass, but these are the first punk songs we wrote, and now we've shifted to more experimental/hardcore stuff.
Where is your favorite place to find/discover new music?
By friends and Spotify.
What was the best toy you remember from your childhood?
Our Xbox 360 W/Halo Reach NO CONTEST.
Who are your favorite bands active in NYC right now?
Godcaster, Model Actriz, Dirt Buyer, Sloppy Jane, Boscomujo, Dad, Smock.
Is there an astrological angle for your project?
Actually there isn't, the name was inspired by tennis player Venus Williams and her sister.
Have your songs developed organically as you have been touring with them?
They definitely have gotten much tighter, but we drink a lot of coffee and hit up the Stu a few times a week. That's where we develop most/write new songs.
