I know this is part of a larger multimedia performance group/experience, but I still dig the album by itself. It’s got that experimental wall-of-sound envelopment to it that you can kinda melt inside of. I need to be in a certain mood for it, but yeah.

This was a really nice way to end my week. Throwing back a couple of drinks turning this record on and slowly sinking into oblivion. The album plays in some very interesting spaces. Toeing the line between ambient and a strange folk jamboree it will hold your interest while allowing your mind to drift off. I found the tracks that made use of less elements stood out as stronger.

I would say that this album is good if you’re looking for a spooky ASMR, deep meditative release. I would imagine myself choosing it if I were drinking red wine at an orgy in a cornfield. Which is to say, I don't imagine myself choosing this.
