Palamino | Don’t lie to your friends EP

Earlier we had reviewed Palamino’s single, bearing the same name as their new EP- Don’t Lie To Your Friends. Boy was I blown away around the 1 minute mark of “Holy”, where lead singer Peter Clark’s guttural screams reverberate as the beat picks up. Palamino does a really nice job of infusing the atmospheric-feeling guitar riffs over Clark’s emotional lyrics. “Stranded” was another nice standout from this 4-song EP, featuring some anthem-like chants of “I’m all alone in my room”...it brought me right back to hiding away in my bedroom at 15, blasting music to make the stress evaporate. I want more Palamino-give us more!!!!

I’ll tell you how it feels, Palamino and I won’t lie (are we friends?), your new EP Don’t Lie to Your Friends is incredible and absolutely stunning. I just wish it was longer. Everyone else, go, now. Give it a listen, best 15 minutes of your day. I promise.
