Very enjoyable,  easy to listen to track. Reminiscent of the band America yet with it's own current indie flare. The vocals layered with the dreamy guitar work gives it a southern California vibe.

Well... I have always been a fan of Southern California Soft Rock. This track has that mellow cowboy quality, with soft harmonies, and tasteful guitar licks, similar to bands that came before them such as Poco, Firefall, and Crosby Stills Nash and Young.  “Ventura Highway in the sunshine where the days are longer the nights are stronger than moonshine You're gonna go, I know.” - American, Ventura Highway

There’s something soothing, almost homey, about this twangy, jangly, indie sound. The guitar work is clean and dreamy, the vocals are honeyed, and the lyrics potent. Slow and steady, it comes with some self-reflexive and poignant songwriting. Does what it says on the tin; felt like a good track to listen to while perched up a roof.
