Jazmin LaBrie is a recent Brooklyn transplant and y’all need to take NOTE. The California native carries that easy spirit of her roots with her lovely and lucid tunes. A bit of R&B with a whole lotta chillwave and some seriously psychedelic vibes,  her recent EP release of Take Flight is a wave-y trip and will make you want to meditate, damnit.

What was the creative process like working on this latest EP "Take Flight"?

It was fun. I met up with the homie Stonie Blue and just freestyled mostly whatever came to mind went back in and wrote what I felt over his beats and we made some of the beats together so it was a true collaborative effort.

Kid Cudi

What is your ideal recording environment?

Nice lighting lots of plants water and good vibes

What was your favorite era of music from the past?

Probably the psychedelic era of the 60s

My family enjoys my music. They think I should make more.

I played flute and guitar
