Feyde
Meet Feyde
Greetings friends. Feyde is back with us once again! A few weeks back we had the pleasure of reviewing his EP “Thoughts From 3am. If you missed this you can check it out here. Anyway look below to get to know this spectacular artist a bit better.
Would you rather always be crying, or always have your nose running a lot. Also please tell us why.
Although both are very inconvenient, I would rather always be crying because having emotions is cool and healthy. Also, I could just put on a pair of shades and be all mysterious.
How long have you been making music?
I’ve been making music since I was in second grade. That’s when I started playing the drums and later on, I played in some bands. It wasn’t until seventh grade that I started making music on my mom’s laptop which evolved into what I do today.
Where do you draw your inspiration from?
I pull a lot of inspiration from experiences I go through. I use my music as a creative outlet most of the time. Some artists that inspire me are Rex Orange County, Boy Pablo, and Brockhampton, just to name a few.
Are you a dog person or a cat person or neither?
I’m definitely a dog person. I’ve had a Westie for many years and he’s the best little guy. Dogs will always show you love and be by your side which I don’t really see in cats. Nothing against cats though, they have their perks, but that’s just me.
What is the best drinking game to play with people? (have you ever invented one?)
Well, I’m 20… so hi Mom. Pong is a classic that I’ve always enjoyed with friends though. It’s not complicated and can be played with or without drinks (hi Dad). Hopefully a few more years in college and I’ll perfect my shot.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be (doesn’t need to be music related)?
I’ve always wanted to be able to fly. I feel like it’s basic, but that would be amazing. Not to mention how convenient it would be. Like ‘oh we’re going to Florida? Yeah, you guys pay that expensive airfare, I’ll meet you there in a few’.
Any final comments? (This is your electronic soapbox for one last answer.)
