my brown leather boots. they were the first piece of clothing i bought when i moved to new york. putting them on felt like suiting up into my new life here.

What is your favorite album of all time? Why?
the smash mouth self titled record. it came out in 2001. its special to me because of the age that i was when i got into it . i was just getting good at dissecting music and the notion of a cohesive collection of songs what simply exhilarating to me.
What would be your dream venue to play?
the globe theater
Is there a specific artist that has shaped your music? If so, why?
kurt vonnegut helped me develop a writing voice early on. he was the first author whose books i read one after another after other and so on. the idea that a writer could have a recognizable personality across a body of work was new to me and noticing it within vonnegut’s work gave me permission to be predictable within my own world.
